Next General Meeting Monday 6th May 2019


The BSSA General Meetings have
moved to the  Burnside Civic Centre Hall, located at 401 Greenhill Road,
Tusmore 5065 (on the corner of Greenhill and Portrush Roads) 1.4 Kms from Bridge St, Kensington.

Parking is accessed 1st left from Portrush Rd before Greenhill Road travelling south or via 1st left, 1st left from Greenhill Road over Portrush  Road going east

New Beekeepers Session: Information / Mentoring on managing your hive(s) and looking after the health of your bees 7:00 P.M.  General Meeting: Starts at 7:30 P.M.
Supper is available (Gold coin donation).

We’d like to show a few of members photos and/or short video clips at each BSSA meeting.
Do you have some you would like to contribute? They can be funny or serious, educational or cautionary, current or historical about bees, flowers, equipment, your hives, a tree in bloom, sticky messes you have gotten into, your honey stall at a market, junior beekeepers, prizes you have won – the list is endless!

Please get involved. It does not matter if you feel experienced or not, it’s a great way to meet people, learn things, and spread the message of responsible fun beekeeping.
We will place inexperienced people with more “experienced” people. BSSA will set up the display.
